Jason has more than 25 years of capital market experience. In his current role, he provides credit analysis for several sectors and oversees various credit portfolios. Prior to joining iA in 2021, he was Managing Director for FICC at BMO Capital Markets and well as Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Council and executive sponsor for BMOCM Women. He also created and co-chaired the Advance Ability Mentorship Program at WCM and is on CFA Society Toronto’s Mentorship Program Steering Committee, in addition to being Co-Founder and Executive Sponsor of Leader Circle, a not-for-profit organization that helps women and recent arrivals develop careers in finance. Jason is finishing his Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Calgary and holds an HBA from WLU in Geography and Political Science, an MA from University of Toronto in Geography, an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University and an MEd in Developmental Psychology and Education from U of T. Jason is a CFA charterholder and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
