Giampiero (Jean-Pierre) D’Agnillo CFA

Giampiero has more than 20 years of investment experience in fixed income markets, principally in the management of corporate credit portfolios. He is the lead portfolio manager for iAGAM’s public corporate bond mandates, which include iA’s general account, and for external client investment funds. His role is to establish and implement investment strategy for public credit investments. Prior to joining iA in 2018, Giampiero held a variety of investment roles with some of Canada’s largest insurance companies, as a credit analyst and later as a portfolio manager. He began his career as a fixed income trader at Standard Life Investments. His extensive market knowledge and years of experience have helped clients navigate safely through many market cycles. Giampiero holds a business degree in finance from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a CFA charterholder.
