With his 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mathieu is responsible for iAGAM’s acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects as well as monitoring the performance of iA’s real-estate portfolio assets. Prior to joining iA, Mathieu worked for 15 years in commercial and residential real estate financing for major Canadian financial institutions including National Bank and Desjardins. Mathieu holds a BBA in finance and an MBA from Laval University. He is also a graduate of the Professional Program in Real Estate Finance & Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
