Pavel Kuperman CIM, CFA

Pavel is a client-focused, objective, and results-driven investment professional with over 20 years of industry experience. As Head of Investment Strategy & Client Solutions, he leads a multidisciplinary team that serves as a bridge between iAGAM's investment professionals and the firm's diverse client and distribution channels. His team works closely with portfolio managers, consultants, advisors, and institutional clients to deliver investment insights, support business development efforts, and help advance the firm's strategic growth objectives.

Prior to joining iAGAM, Pavel spent eight years with National Bank Investments, one of Canada's largest open-architecture asset managers, where he held progressively senior roles and worked closely with a diverse and sophisticated client base, including pension plans, financial institutions, insurance companies, and family offices. Earlier in his career, he held positions with Fidelity Investments and Dynamic Funds, building a strong foundation in institutional distribution, business development, and client relationship management.

Pavel holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designations and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University.
